Astrology Aspects Explained
- Conjunctions: When two planets are in close proximity (0 degrees apart), they form a conjunction. This aspect intensifies the energies of the involved planets and can create a blending or amplification effect.
- Opposition: When two planets are approximately 180 degrees apart, it forms an opposition. This aspect represents a polarity or tension between the energies of the planets, often requiring balance and integration.
- Trine: When two planets are approximately 120 degrees apart, they form a trine. This aspect represents a harmonious flow of energy between the planets, bringing ease, creativity, and opportunities.
- Square: When two planets are approximately 90 degrees apart, they form a square. This aspect creates tension and challenges, motivating growth and change. It signifies the need to overcome obstacles and find resolutions.
- Sextile: When two planets are approximately 60 degrees apart, they form a sextile. This aspect signifies opportunities, ease, and favorable interactions between the planets. It often supports positive developments and potential growth.
- Quincunx: When two planets are approximately 150 degrees apart, it forms a quincunx (also known as inconjunct). This aspect represents a sense of unease or discomfort, requiring adjustments and adaptability to integrate the energies of the planets involved.
Minor aspects can add nuance and additional layers of meaning to an astrological interpretation, highlighting specific talents, challenges, or unique characteristics in a person’s chart.

Transits Explained
- Venus transits: bring Venus energy: good time to ask for a favor or time to go on a date, beauty things, beauty business, etc
- Sun transits: very short & not that significant but it has to do with vitality and the person’s energy = more focused – conscious.
- Mars transits: These are important they last at least 5 days, and can also last longer. You may be, more easily stressed, things need fixing, more reactive – it will push you to do things or make changes.
Use Mars energy to get more things done, walk more, exercise more, and use this energy to get things done & be productive.
- Uranus Transit: Uranus conjunct is the most powerful > opposition and square followed.
Uranus is the planet of BIG CHANGES!!!
Uranus transits = shakes us out of this world – it’s the planet of authenticity – cuts cords unapologetically – requires us to make changes, it wakes us up!
- Neptune Transit: is very important & very long, it comes & goes = may lead to more confusion, loss, reflection, being misled, and wishful thinking (hard aspects)
- Pluto transits: are powerful = big changes = irreversible
Jupiter Transits
- Jupiter Transits Natal Venus = amazing period
- Jupiter trine mars = This transit can bring a surge of energy, motivation, and confidence.
*** Jupiter’s trine is more powerful than Jupiter’s square
The most powerful transits is when it repeats 3x times!!!! These are extremely important = which means they stay on for a year.
- Jupiter transits = is the planet of expansion, opportunities come to us, and we open ourselves & see things from a higher perspective. Jupiter makes us act out of inspiration.
- Jupiter Transit: you will be expanding, and growing, and the opportunity will come, for higher education, travel, and expansion of your beliefs.
Saturn Transits
- Saturn Transits: Saturn overpowers all the other transits = all Saturn transits are about extra responsibilities.
The most powerful transits are conjunct transits > then opposition > Square > Trine > Sextiles
- Saturn transits = make you cut things, and work smarter, not harder, may be frustrating and overwhelming at the start, but it’s the one that makes you find mistakes. Saturn makes us grow by force.
Powerful Transits
- The most powerful transits are the long ones:
- Mars-Pluto – Jupiter – Neptune – Uranus
- These last long and therefore they are often life-changing
- In order of power:
conjunction – opposition – square – trine – sextile
- Often the most powerful transits are the ones ruled by the year of perfection
- E.g. this year, in my 30th year, my annual production house is my 7th house.
- My 7th house is in the sign of Taurus, Taurus is ruled by Venus.
- & Therefore the most powerful transits which will impacting me are transits by Venus
- Pluto square Sun = shakes you, might lose everything to regain it back and even more.
- Uranus transits = shakes us out of this world – it’s the planet of authenticity – cuts cords unapologetically – requires us to make changes, it wakes us up!
- Note that: Opposition and square are often the more challenging transits.
